NSK is proud to offer a Class 10 clean-room Robot Module (linear stage) ideal for use in Medical and Semiconductor applications. Clean-room greases and low particle generating seal belts that will not shred or shed particulates are used to avoid contaminating the environment. Vacuum lines purge inside air to avoid contaminating the room.  Like NSK’s standard Robot Module, the clean-room version features maintenance-free operation and the flexibility to install most motors, and comes pre-assembled to save time.
